Open Leads gives you the ability to create and send mass email campaigns to your entire database, or saved Views/Lists of leads. Mass email can be used to send special notices, distribute “drip” marketing campaigns, or even send out email newsletters.

Unlimited Custom Fields
Open Leads comes complete with the standard fields, i.e. name, address, phone numbers, etc. but you can add as many custom fields as you need to create your own unique database.

Types are labels which assign a “type” or “category” to your leads to easily identify what type of lead it is or even where it originated from (such as “Trade Show Lead,” “Website Lead,”etc.). A single lead can have multiple “Types” to add increased granularity to your lists and searches.

Export your data to use in other applications. Open Leads has many useful features, but there are also quite a few 3rd party applications that can add functionality for your sales team.
